Job Title: Dance Floor Installers and Management
Location: Various locations across Southern California
Job descriptions
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Dance Floor Installers and Management team members to assist in the delivery, installation, and maintenance of our dance floors. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Installer Responsibilities - Load, transport, and unload dance floor materials and equipment. - Assemble and disassemble dance floors at various event locations. - Ensure the dance floors are installed safely, securely, and professionally. - Conduct quality checks and maintenance of dance floors before and after events. - Collaborate with the management team to meet client specifications and timelines. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns on-site. Installer Qualifications - Previous experience in event setup or a related field is preferred but not required. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Management Responsibilities - Oversee and coordinate the installation team to ensure efficient workflow. - Manage scheduling and logistics for dance floor installations. - Maintain inventory of dance floor materials and equipment. - Train and supervise installation staff, ensuring adherence to company standards. - Communicate with clients to confirm event details and address any questions or issues. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Management Qualifications - Proven experience in event management, logistics, or a related field. - Strong leadership and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office). Job Title: U-Haul Truck Driver
Location: Riverside, CA to Nashville, TN
Job descriptions
We are looking for experienced U-Haul Truck Drivers to transport our dance floors and equipment from Riverside, CA to Nashville, TN. This specific trip will take place from August 29th to September 2nd. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities - Safely load, transport, and unload dance floor materials and equipment using a U-Haul truck. - Ensure timely delivery and pickup of dance floors to and from event locations. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition. - Assist with the assembly and disassembly of dance floors at event sites. - Collaborate with the installation team to meet client specifications and timelines. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing client needs and concerns on-site. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. - Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving and operating the truck. Qualifications - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Experience driving U-Haul trucks or similar vehicles. - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules. - Previous experience in event setup or a related field is preferred but not required. Trip Details - Drive from Riverside, CA to Nashville, TN from August 29th to September 2nd. - All trip expenses, including lodging during the caravan, will be covered by KickStart Country Floors.
